Shipping and Delivery Policy

SAZZ Jewellery and Beyond Ltd. provides Free Shipping on all UK domestic orders using a track able shipper. Should you need your items of jewellery by a certain date, please contact info@sazzonline.uk to discuss expedited shipping.

Estimated time of delivery is approximate 14 Days from the day of order placement.

NON-EU COUNTRIES – CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES

SAZZ Jewellery will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that SAZZ Jewellery does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by SAZZ Jewellery, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Cancellation Terms

Customers may cancel their order before goods have been shipped via email or telephone otherwise please refer to our returns policy.

Returns Policy

Each piece of SAZZ Jewellery is a precious object made from the noblest of materials while subscribing to the highest standards of excellence in craftsmanship. SAZZ jewellery is made by hand and, as such, no item will ever look the same as another, even if it is the same style. It will also bear “imperfections” which are the evidence of hand-workmanship and something we are proud of.

Returns or exchange:

No refund policy,

In case of any faulty or damaged delivery, items can be exchanged and if a return is to be considered(under exceptional circumstances) then a Credit note will be issued to the customer that they can use for their future purchases.

  1. Be received by SAZZ Jewellery and Beyond Ltd. within 14 days of receipt of your purchase
  2. Be in the same condition as when it was received
  3. Have an intact price tag
  4. For hygiene purposes, we do not accept earrings or nose rings that might have been worn.
  5. Be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by SAZZ Jewellery. RA#s must be clearly labelled on the outside packaging of all returns and on all enclosed paperwork. To receive a RA#, please email info@sazzonline.uk
  6. Include the original SAZZ Jewellery packing slip, and all SAZZ Jewellery packaging and tags. Jewellery cannot be returned if tags have been removed.

Note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund of your payment

Be shipped at the Customer’s expense, via a trackable delivery service and insured at full retail value; customer is fully responsible for the product until the point that it is received by SAZZ Jewellery and Beyond Ltd.

Be packed properly in order to avoid loss or damage; customer is responsible for the condition of the goods as received by SAZZ Jewellery.

SAZZ Jewellery will not accept any unauthorized returns of merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

SAZZ Jewellery only accepts returns of product purchased via www.sazzonline.uk.  For questions regarding returns of purchases not made through www.sazzonline.uk, please contact the relevant authorized SAZZ Jewellery retailer from whom you made your purchase. Custom design and special orders are not returnable.
